How Will I Get My Pictures & Video

Once we have edited your photos and video we will transfer them onto a secure cloud server. This isn’t as complicated as it sounds. A cloud server is just an online storage area that can be accessed by people with the correct link. People without the link cannot access the server so all your photos and videos are safe.

Once your pictures and video have been uploaded to the secure cloud server we will send you a link which allows you to view them online. This link can be shared with your family and friends so they can enjoy the memories too.

The photos and video you will see online are shown in low resolution for ease of viewing. Due to this, they may appear a little blurry but are perfectly viewable. If you would like to print any of the images or have an album created then we recommend that you download the images that you would like to use. These downloaded images are in high resolution and will look fantastic when printed.

To download the images you can either click the download button whilst viewing each individual image online or by ticking the ones you want from the list of images. If you would like to download all the images then click the tick box at the top of the page above the first tick box. This will allow you to download all the pictures in one go.

To download any video there is a dedicated download button at the top of the screen whilst viewing the video

Although our secure cloud server is very reliable, we highly recommend that at some stage, you download all your images and video and store them safely for yourself.
